BaZi doesn't directly read past lives in the way some psychic or regression modalities claim to. Your chart describes your current life blueprint, not your soul's entire journey.
However, some practitioners interpret certain chart features as karmic echoes:
- Strong Indirect Resource (Pian Yin) may suggest wisdom carried from previous spiritual practice
- Heavy 7 Killings without control might indicate unresolved warrior or victim energy
- A chart with all five elements in extreme imbalance could suggest a soul navigating intense karmic lessons
- Void (Xun Kong) placements sometimes correlate with areas where past-life gifts or wounds create a "gap" in this life
These are speculative interpretations, not core BaZi theory. If past-life exploration matters to you, treat BaZi as a supplementary lens, not the primary tool.
