🫁 Health & The Five Elements — Your Body’s Elemental Map
What Your Chart Says About Wellness
Each of the Five Elements rules a set of organs, tissues, and systems. When an element is too weak, too strong, or under attack by a clash, the corresponding body part may speak up.
🌱 Wood — Liver & Gallbladder
Wood governs the liver, tendons, eyes, and the smooth flow of energy. Excess: Migraines, high blood pressure, irritability. Deficiency: Fatigue, indecision, blurry vision. Healing: Gentle movement, nature, letting go of old anger.
🔥 Fire — Heart & Small Intestine
Fire is the heart, circulation, and the spark of joy. Excess: Anxiety, insomnia, red face, rapid speech. Deficiency: Cold hands, low motivation, depression. Healing: Connection, laughter, rest, avoiding overstimulation.
⛰️ Earth — Spleen & Stomach
Earth rules digestion, muscles, and the sense of being grounded. Excess: Weight gain, overthinking, sluggishness. Deficiency: Weak digestion, worry, feeling untethered. Healing: Regular meals, earth-contact, simplifying life.
⚔️ Metal — Lungs & Large Intestine
Metal governs the lungs, skin, and the ability to let go. Excess: Dry cough, rigid thinking, grief that won’t release. Deficiency: Weak immunity, lack of boundaries, sadness. Healing: Breathwork, order, completion rituals.
💧 Water — Kidneys & Bladder
Water rules the kidneys, bones, fear, and willpower. Excess: Phobias, water retention, isolation. Deficiency: Low back pain, exhaustion, lack of drive. Healing: Deep rest, meditation, embracing stillness.
When your Useful God aligns with a weak organ element, strengthening that element in life becomes a health prescription. BaZi reminds us that body and destiny share one blueprint.
